MAKO Training provides a bridge that takes you from the end of your rehabilitation to full recovery. We finalize your physical therapy, build flexibility and range of motion, improve functional strength and fitness, and return you to your competitive level or simple activities of daily living.

MAKO Training works with you, your physical therapist or doctor to determine specific diagnosis of injury or surgical procedures (if necessary) to help design your rehabilitation program. This phase of recovery includes a build up of sport or work specific training, cardio fitness and freedom from apprehension when using the previously injured body part. MAKO Training also designs fitness programs for anyone who is looking for sports specific training protocols, has general fitness needs or is simply interested in good health.
Available for clients in the Los Angeles area, MAKO Training offers on-site or in-home treatments that work around your busy schedule. In addition, we provide athletic training oversight services for team events and sports camps.
